Daniel is a wildly versatile dancer with foundations in jazz and contemporary, plus a healthy dose of street style swagger. His true obsession is bachata with fusion elements (and yes, he will absolutely try to convince you to love it too).

With a background in circus, he’s one of the team’s resident clowns and, unfortunately, one of the co‑founders. He is 20% normal and 80% delightful chaos.

Mads is a powerhouse of salsa caleña footwork, acrobatics and unshakeable charisma (and trust us, he’s fully aware of it). As the team’s self‑appointed pretty boy, he somehow manages to look good even when he’s upside down or mid‑flip.

Raised in the circus, Mads thrives in chaos but insists on adding “just a bit of structure”. He brings style, discipline and a suspicious amount of confidence to everything he does.

DANCER, INSTRUCTOR, FINANCES, & PR
Ola is an absolute powerhouse! The perfect mix of sweet, fun and just the right amount of sass to keep everyone on their toes. With a background in contemporary, ballet and bachata, she brings strength, precision and elegance into everything she does.

She’s the glue of this entire operation, fully aware that without her, the rest of us would be wandering in circles, forgetting deadlines and possibly setting something on fire. Ola keeps the team on task, on time and (mostly) behaving like adults. Statistically, she is 40% grace, 40% power and 20% “don’t test me”.

FOUNDER, DANCER, INSTRUCTOR & PERFORMER Jonathan is a full‑blown energy bomb. He is the kind of person who walks into a room and instantly turns it into a party.

With a background in bachata and circus performance, he brings flair, rhythm and just the right amount of chaos to the team. As one of our resident clowns, he makes sure we never forget what Latin Vibes is really about: joy, community and not taking ourselves too seriously.

He’s also one of our dedicated instructors for the improver and intermediate levels, where he channels all that energy into helping dancers grow with confidence and style.

DANCER, INSTRUCTOR, PR, & SOCIAL MEDIA‍ ‍ Sara is the team’s sweetheart. She is the person everyone goes to for advice, feedback or a much‑needed cheer‑up.

She also happens to be one of the first certified bachazouk teachers in the world and the very first in Denmark, which basically makes her bachazouk royalty (she’s too humble to say it, so we’ll say it for her). As a fusion dancer, she blends sweetness, strength and precision, and yes, she can switch from soft and supportive to “okay, focus now” in half a second when things need to get serious.

Sara is as incredible a dancer as she is a human being and a teacher. Statistically, she is 50% sunshine, 30% wisdom and 20% “I love you, but fix your technique”.

FOUNDER, INSTRUCTIOR, DANCER, PR, & FINANCES Benjamin is bold in every sense of the word, literally and figuratively. He’s funny even when he’s not trying to be, which is probably why it makes perfect sense that he’s pursuing a career in comedy. Honestly, it fits him a little too well.

As one of the founders of Latin Vibes, Benjamin is our unofficial “vibe maintenance manager,” making sure the atmosphere stays good, goofy and grounded. He’s also a certified bachazouk instructor, one of the very first in the world and the first in Denmark! Which means he can switch from comedy mode to dance‑nerd mode in under three seconds.

Kind‑hearted and endlessly patient, he often ends up as the team’s mediator, smoothing out chaos with a joke, a smile or a well‑timed reality check.‍ ‍

ADMIN, GRAPHICS, SOCIAL MEDIA, & DANCER‍ ‍ Cassie thrives in the creative process of every project the team takes on. She loves good design, fresh ideas and finding new ways to spread the love that Latin Vibes has for the dance community. Give her a concept and she’ll turn it into something beautiful, meaningful and probably a little extra — in the best way.

As sweet as she is, she’s also got a healthy dose of sass. Watch out, this one comes with attitude and she’s not afraid to use it when the moment calls for it. But she’s equally committed to making sure everyone feels welcome, supported and part of the family.

Statistically, Cassie is 40% creativity, 40% sweetness and 20% “I will sass you lovingly if needed.”

ADMIN, FINANCES, & DANCER‍ ‍Neto is easily one of the sweetest social dancers you’ll ever meet on a dance floor. He dances bachata with heart, curiosity and a genuine love for the process of growing. He’s extremely funny (at least if you ask him) and impressively resourceful when it comes to automating tasks, organising systems and generally making magic happen behind the scenes.

He always keeps a bird’s‑eye view on everything that could go wrong and somehow prevents half of it before the rest of us even notice. His biggest quest is to ensure growth in every corner of the community — the people, the classes, the socials, the vibe, all of it.

PARTNERSHIPS, & DANCER‍ ‍Cris is the man who has done it all! and somehow still finds new things to master. Drawing on the diversity of his Latin American roots, he carries deep cultural knowledge of merengue, bachata and salsa. Add a circus background in high jumps and martial arts, and you get a dancer who can spin, flip and charm his way through just about anything.

He’s endlessly creative, impossibly resourceful and the guy you call when you need a solution, a connection or a miracle. Cris handles our partnership deals for catering and venues, powered by his extensive and wildly diverse network. If someone exists, Cris probably knows them (and if he doesn’t, he’ll meet them by tomorrow).

He always brings good energy, good ideas and a good laugh. Statistically, Cris is 30% culture, 30% creativity and 40% “how does he even do that”.
